Hi Heidi,

We were in Cabo when my kids were just a bit older than yours. We loved the whale watching and I would definitely visit Todos Santos. Given that the kids are quite small you might want to choose a resort where you can spend more time at the pool. Sorry, I don’t have more suggestions to add but I hope you have a fabulous trip!
